Coming from a very diverse musical family, Danielle is the youngest of three children who are all blessed with musical and performing talent. Her father was a singer, musician and songwriter since high school. He has performed in various bands for over 20 years and now works very closely in managing Danielle’s career. Older siblings, Michael and Stephanie are also accomplished singers, musicians and songwriters. Stephanie is credited with writing one of the band’s popular songs entitled “Black” and has also co-produced her own full length CD. Michael has starred in lead roles for community theater and is currently waiting for his chance to play Roger in the National tour of Rent. They both encourage and work with Danielle in the studio.
During the past two years, Danielle has appeared on several nationally televised shows where she was able to showcase her vocal ability before live television audiences and music industry judges. In addition, she has competed in many major vocal competitions winning almost everyone.
Currently, Danielle is in the process of completing her first full length CD of original music. She has taken on the role of producing the vocal tracks and contributes to the overall sound and direction of the music. At only twenty years old, Danielle already has plenty of studio experience under her belt. Her genre is considered Pop/Rock and she is being compared to Kelly Clarkson, Avril Lavigne and Gwen Stefani.
Vocally, Danielle is most comfortable while performing her own music and unleashing her relentless belt and powerful chops. She instinctively combines a dynamic stage presence with solid vocals and sex appeal while performing. She is fun to watch and a pleasure to listen to. You will never find a parental advisory message on one of Danielle’s albums. Parents and young adults alike will be moved by her sound and presentation. She is a natural on stage and immediately makes friends with her audience from the first song of the set!
Danielle has surrounded herself with an equally talented band that also co-writes her music. This five piece band is made up of industry professionals that have played and toured with some of the most popular bands in the music business. Their interaction on stage immediately translates into a fun show with plenty of energy.
The Deestar Band will be performing at large outdoor festivals this summer where they will be opening for major acts. They also enjoy performing for special benefits like this years American Cancer Society’s “Relay For Life”.
Danielle’s focus and determination is now centered on either securing a deal with a major record label or partnering with a reputable and proven Indie Label.
Combining great looks, shapely curves and a solid voice, it’s only a matter of time until she accomplishes her goals!
