I`m a guitar player who got into recording music with freinds yrs ago ,I spent years trying to buy and get that perfect sound. Does this sound familiar to anyone .I collaborated with a freind who eventually went to harris institute for recording arts ,and did an intern at the chalet (rush recorded many albums there ) . I picked up many tips from him on what to buy and how to get reasonable results. I have a room full of analog gear,but have moved to the digital domain . I really like my computer now :) I`m looking to do collaborations with ppl with the same goals as myself . I stopped playing music in 2001 and started playing again in 2005 . I think in the last month i am really starting to shine .If not i am sure having fun . I have a site at soundclick with 26 songs up , some of it isn`t the greatest but they are all ideas that could be re-worked . In fact some i hate but they get played so i keep them up . I sing sometimes but i suck , but how else do you get an idea out . I do this because i love doing this . It truly fufills me in everyway,If there is such a thing as past lives i was deffinately a musician .
