I'm a British bluesman inspired by a bygone era belonging to the old masters of the genre.
The piano had long been my favourite instrument so I decided back in the Spring of 2006 that was about time I tried learning to play it. I took a few lessons early on to learn the basics, but since then have been teaching myself blues piano, using recordings by folks like Memphis Slim, Big Maceo & Little Brother Montgomery as a guide. Similarly with the harmonica, which I took up not long after the piano, I spent a lot of time listening to Sonny Boy Williamson II, trying my best to emulate what I was hearing.
Hopefully I'm now developing my own unique style with both instruments.
