Hello, I am Alan Begley, a songwriter from Dublin, Ireland. Welcome to my page. I have been writing songs for years but would not consider myself prolific - I dont ever try to write a song - they come along when they are ready.
I have had a long-time partnership with Nashville born guitar-picker Satch Wright. We have been through several incarnations. Currently, with new recruits Colin on bass and Paul on drums, we are working on a new project - Spirit Rider www.myspace.com/spiritriderband - we play a mixture of blues, rock, classic country and my original songs.

Despite some recent health problems, we persevere.
