I'm not sure who I am has any relevance to the listener of my music. But people like stories: I used to play in bands when I was young, hoping "it" would happen ("it" being worldwide recognition and changing the world with music; the classic rock motives, i.e., money, fame, and girls, well, that wasn't the basis of good music--at least that's what I told myself). Once dreams confronted reality, I gave up on making my own music. But, years on, the D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself) ethic dies hard, and I started making music again rather than consuming it as a product manufactured by companies. This is D.I.Y., if only because I do everything myself here, from songwriting, playing all instruments, and recording and production. OK, enough said about me.
